Light Automatic rifles are not necessarily the gun of choice for some of the past military troops which have impacted the weapon manufacturer companies, but thanks to one Belgium Company, the light automatic rifles are stomping onto the weaponry collectors’ scene today.

FN FAL weapons also known as the fusil automatic leger or light automatic rifle is beginning to raise eyebrows again around those who keep up to date on firearms. In the past, no one would have given a weapon such as this a second look, but into the 20th century; things have changed for the FN FAL weapon. The FN FAL weapon was brought onto the weapons scene by The Belgium Fabrique Nationale Company and quickly became the most notorious weapons in a class where room for improvement was evident prior to the arrival of the FN FAL.

The FN FAL grew very quickly in its popularity because the gun was used in 70 or more countries and was even manufactured in at least 10 countries world wide. The gas operated gun was a rifle which was like many in its class being magazine fed instead of traditional loading methods.

FN FAL websites are totally devoted to the Belgium and Austrian rifles which have been manufactured since the introduction of these guns. Websites allow posts for collectors and buyers to price a variety of the gun   models and years of development of the specific gun which a buyer seeks to buy. The FN FAL guns seem to entice the open forums more so than any other light-automatic rifle and as a consumer; you can find some great information through these forums as well as buy and sell FN FAL guns of both Austrian and Belgium decent.

FN FAL guns are still relatively new to the collector’s scene which may be why so many forums are currently actively accepting posts from both buyers and sellers. If you are going to purchase a FN FAL rifle it isn’t advisable to do so over the internet. Make sure you know enough about the gun so that you are not overcharged for a rifle that you could purchase for hundreds of dollars less. And whenever possible, use the internet to shop prices and learn all that you can on the FN FAL guns, and then check with local gun shops for your purchases. FN FAL guns can be bought for a bargain if you shop around and buy them from an authorized dealer within the appropriate country.
